New Business Agreement
Cleveland, Ohio, January 7, 2013 – Advantage Consulting Services, Ltd., will represent the services of CareWorks USA in the field of occupational and non-occupational absence management. A leader in disability management services, CareWorks USA empowers employers with outsourcing the tracking and administration of any leave of absence.
According to the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), Leave of Absence policies as required by the FMLA act cost employers approximately 8-percent of payroll.
